Today, the regular working meeting of the Organizing Committee of the International Exhibition-Fair “Russian Domostroy-2020” was held, during which the current results of the preparatory work for the organization of the Exhibition were considered. This was told to the correspondent of the newsletter “ARD News” Nikolai Evsenkin, chairman of the Organizing Committee.

“Today we have quite encouraging results of our preparatory work: more than 20% of the exhibition exposition is reserved, active negotiations are underway with the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Culture, Rossotrudnichestvo, as well as with a number of industry business associations of Russia about their support for our event. The “soft” power of promoting Russia’s interests in the world is based not only on diplomacy and deterrence, but also on the popularization of the Russian way of life, including national clothes, household items, architecture, etc. It is necessary to make the Russian braid abroad become as popular as the Scottish kilt-bavarian shorts, ”the representative of the Organizing Committee added.

In addition, a new version of the exhibition presentation booklet was approved at the meeting.

The organizers of the Exhibition-Fair are:

	Association of manufacturers and sellers of items of Russian national life and national clothing “Russian Domostroy”;
	Interregional Public Fund “Nexus of Generations”.

The international exhibition-fair “Russian Domostroy-2020” will take place on 04-07.06.2020 at the Sokolniki Pav. No. 7a.

The aim of the exhibition is to promote in every way the development of Russian national life and national clothes of Russia, to familiarize visitors and guests with the centuries-old history of their formation and development. Promoting a productive dialogue between industry representatives specializing in creating a range of Russian national life and national clothes with representatives of federal and regional authorities on topical issues in the development of the industry.
