The popularization and scaling of “Kosovorotka Day” Folk Fest directly depends on how much the Public Initiative captures the spirit and enthusiasm of those who are ready to devote their personal time and will to success to it.

The organizing committee sees such enthusiasts among the true patriots of Russia, who, fortunately, are still not few among Russian youth and older people. Often they realize their patriotic impulse through participation in the work of historical and cultural clubs, sections, and volunteer movements.

The Organizing Committee proposes to all of them to join “Kosovorotka Day” Folk Fest’s movement and begin to cooperate with us as a Regional Partner.
