The organizing committee of “Kosovorotka Day” Folk Fest is a public structure designed to carry out all organizational, methodological and informational and educational work on the implementation of the public initiative to introduce the practice of “Kosovorotka Day”s celebrating in Russia and places of residence of Russian compatriots.

The Organizing Committee is a public structure and carries out its activities on the basis of the Regulation of the Organizing Committee, in accordance with the approved Public Initiative and the Concept of the celebration of “Kosovorotka Day”.
